I have over 10 years of experience with CAD. I have done a lot of digitizing work to convert old hard copy plans to autocad as well as pdf to cad. My background is in survey mapping, shop fabricaiton drawings and residential floor plans. Judging by the project budget, I would assume that we have a small drawing to work with.
