Convert 2d home plans to 3d models

Hello. I represent a home building company, and we are interested in working with a freelancer to convert all of our residential wood-frame home plans from 2d blueprints (which include elevations and each floor plan) to 3d models to use in marketing, and to use the new plan files to make small edits as necessary later on. Preferred BIM architectural software is "Chief Architect" or Revit. Most of the work will be simply tracing the 2d floor plan in architectural software that automatically generates the 3D model according to the layout and design defaults. About 60% of plans will be single level ranch style homes. We will provide home plan file in pdf format, or CAD file if available, along with any necessary instructions pertaining to the plan such as minor modifications like moving a wall, bathroom, making a room larger, changing the trim style, etc. Deliverable for each plan will include the new home plan file with mirrored version (if using Chief Architect, then this will be a ".plan" file), 3D rendering images, file for viewing 3D model in 360degree product viewer, along with set of pdf architectural plans in standard Arch C size (18" x 24", also generated by the software). We expect this will take about 1-2 hours per plan, with total project scope of about 50 plans. Project will be broken down into sections of about 10 plans each. Overall timeline of about 4-6 weeks, 1 week per batch. We expect this project can almost entirely be completed in one's spare time. Please understand that this posting is looking for bids for the entire project of 50 home plans over the course of about 1.5 months - not just one plan!!!
