A Sr. .NET Developer (C#) To Code For Business EQUITY!

Hello Programmers! Here is my story... PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING! I am a full-time third party merchant on [login to view URL], My dream 6 months ago was to build a 3rd party web application for other Amazon merchants that was superior to anything in the market... So, we hired a team in India to code the application and build the site... Needless to say after thousands and thousands of dollars were spent for development, we ended up with a project that was only 85% complete, and a bit of a mess (spaghetti coded aspx) We not only broke budget with the India team we hired, we also have around 30 bugs and enhancements that need dealt with. Some ranging from very minor, to medium enhancements. I'd quote high in saying we have around 100-120 hours of solid coding and trouble shooting left to do, as well as a few enhancements and UI styling. It may take way less hours to for the right person, but shouldn't take more. I was able to hire a freelancer from the states, who is a very good coder, and he worked on it for about 3 weeks. Unfortunately, we ran out of funding and he is not in a current position to finish the job and take the funding on the back-end. This has the works to be a SUPERIOR product, unlike any other. The business will be ran as a subscription service, in a market that is RIPE for competition. If I can find the right reliable and trustworthy person, that meets the requirements: - C# programmer - Solid experience in ASP.NET - Can work with XML reports (parse) - Understands clearly how to build and manage DB tables - Good with Advanced Java Script - Can work with Amazon Market Place Web Services API, or has had any experience working with a likewise API - Can troubleshoot some lines of code that was done poorly without going insane :) As well as be able to splice the spaghetti code and patch it up cleanly for enhancements. - Honest, Reliable, LOVES TO CODE, Friendly, Driven to SUCCEED! I'm willing to pay: -a fixed price of $1500 for the project once complete -a 30% per month royalty fee from business cash flow until you have been compensated DOUBLE what your hourly rate is for each hour you have put into the code, MINUS the $1500 -10% ownership of the company, with the option to sell your shares back to me at anytime -Position of CTO with a great salary AND bonuses will also be up for grabs to the RIGHT individual. Sound too good to be true? That's probably what I would say, but I've invested my entire life savings into this project and I'm willing to give a lot up just to see in complete, so that we can launch and start seeing a return on investment. Will only work with contractors from North America or Europe! A full non-disclosure agreement and independent contractor agreement will need to be signed, and we will need to get to know each other through a couple of interviews before agreeing to anything. If the right person can get these applications to where they need to be, this a no brainier on the potential earnings for a little blood sweat and tears up front.
