ASP Website Integration

I need someone experienced in ASP/MSAccess to integrate the site and complete what is currently done. All graphics are done. However, it is expected that some extra work will / may arise and should be aware of it. We have some of the code ready and that will be given to you to work with. We need to incorporate: - Announcements - have a section (admin login/pwd) which allows admin to enter announcements. This in turn is displayed on the main page. (code for this will be provided) - Timetable section - similar to above. User will input a start/end time and description. This should be shown on the main page. Once again code will be provided - Registration - simple HTML form and results emailed. Need someone experienced, trustworthy, accommodating and flexible. Thanks
