Looking for artist to create website masthead

Hello i understand that you need to create a masthead for a website. okay so the image needs to have a cartoonish, dark look of several people standing in an alley or rubble and it should caricature a menacing look. The people will be male and female, various ethnicity straight, gay ...diverse. They can be holding baseball bats, or chains ...NO GUNS, NO KNIVES ...but look like street fighters. okay so the one of them should be holding an American flag.
