Permanent Native English Writer/Editor/Proofreader Long Term

Hi, I read the description. I am a professional business writer and native English speaker (US and UK English). My specialty is writing high end copy with a marketing slant for website content, brochures and so on. I am also an expert proofreader and copy editor, and I have edited many books. Some of my clients are foreign corporations who need business documents checked over before sending them to clients. I was born with the ability to spot errors in grammar, punctuation and syntax from a mile away, which is a very useful skill for your task. My standard rate is US$0.01 (1 cent) per word. The way I work is to track my edits as I go. Then I save that to a new document with all edits accepted, and proofread that again in case I missed something or introduced errors myself. You get both documents. What you requested is something over and above standard editing. You want the article to be interesting and you want it to appear as though written by a native English speaker. That may require a total rewrite in some cases, based on my experience. Rewriting can be slower than writing fresh copy and 5 times slower than simple editing. What some of my clients do is deposit $50, say, and trust me to accurately cost my time as I work through each document. That is an option for you to consider and maybe do a trial run. I read the description. Hi, This is EXACTLY what I specialize in. I copy edit translated academic papers and fix the sentences so that it becomes clear what the author meant to convey. I work with Asian languages and many Korean and Chinese authors - UK or US as specified. I have seen some absolutely astonishing things, but these people cannot get published because publishing houses can't be bothered to look at the work. My standard rate for well-written documents is $10 per 1000 words, and I can do around 12000 words per day, but if it was machine translated or poorly translated the cost and time increase significantly. In those cases, I don't exceed 8000 words per day, and the price goes up to $15 per 1000 words. Please note that I usually have to make these documents 'bleed' to do a good job. I also offer comments on poorly constructed arguments, insufficient proof etc. Although I take due care to conform to styling requirements, I am not a line editor and my function is NOT that of a proofreader.
