Hiring writers for an internet blog focused on music, nightlife, and the party/rave scene. We are looking for veteran party-goers that are familiar with the party and nightlife scene and would like to share their views, stories, and opinions on current and past events. Ideally, the perfect candidates have excellent English writing skills and go to bars/clubs often and have been to events such as Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Coachella, Burning Man, Ultra, Tomorrowland, etc. Starting pay for this position is $5-10 per 250 word article, depending on experience. This is a part-time position and could lead to long-term employment. If you would like to apply, please respond to this post with the following information: 1) List 3 of your favorite all-time party events that you have been to. 2) List 3 topic ideas that you could easily write about. Please feel free to be creative. Sample topic ideas: -Why EDC Las Vegas is the best festival in the world -How the party scene or an event could be better -Who the best DJ in the world is and why 3) A short sample of a writing piece you’ve done recently.
