Copy writing/ Re-writing of articles

I am looking for an excellent writer for an ongoing writing/ re-writing of small articles that will be sent to potential clients email address and posted as blogs as well, twice a week. These articles should keep the audience engaged, should be some thing they find useful. Sometimes I will send you the articles, you will need to re-write them, or but most of the time you will write your self by doing internet search on what others have written, re-write them , or create your own. The subject will include three areas, Strategic planning/ and its execution (tools), Process (including process improvement, process re-engineering, etc) and Project Management, portfolio management, and PMO.
