Articles of Organization and Operation Agreements Written

I am restructuring about 20 companies total. I would like document services from a Paralegal or Attorney who understands Holding companies & wholly owned subsidiaries in the USA. I will have 1 parent company. Then, I will have 19 other Subsidiaries that are wholly owned. The subsidiaries will be responsible only for operation/management. I desire to have as much asset protection as possible. The subsidiaries will lease trademarks and IP from the parent. The subsidiaries Articles of Organization and Operating Agreements will name the operators, but will also say these operators have no ownership of the company. I have a separate EIN for each company as a Disregarded Entity where the parent is the owner. I have separate bank accounts for each company & separate book keeping for each. The subsidiaries range in services from : Construction Financial Services Yoga Lessons Dance Lessons Accommodations Food Services / Restaurant and more Would like a template Article of Organization Template Operating Agreement Then, I will be able to use both of these for each subsidiary I plan on opening.
