2 e-books + potential for ongoing projects. Existing articles.

I am launching a new website which needs to be 100% operational before Christmas. For the initial project I would like you to quote on the following. 1) Create heading for 2 e-books. One is an e-book targeting property owners who are looking at selling (selling guide) and one is people looking to buy (buyers guide). 2) Rewrite introduction to each e-book 3) Create a good flow. Currently there is no flow. If required identify the gaps of missing articles 4) If a new topic is required, I will write bullet points to ensure the facts are correct but will let you write the article 5) Proof read or Rewrite my e-book targeting potential sellers. I am unable to attach the existing e-book so I have included a sample below my sign off. Though the topics are ok, rather than having the articles proof read it may be better to have the articles rewritten. If you believe the same or better result will come from proofreading and minor changes that is ok too. I am happy to change as much as you see fit, including headlines. The articles are not only going to be a part of the e-books. They will also feature on the website and will be shared on social media platforms. It is therefore important that you have an understanding of SEO as well. Don't worry about the layout or graphics as I will get somebody else to set it up once it is finished.
