A CRUD project with Appcelerator/Titanium

I have an appcelerator CRUD (create new toy, update new toy, delete toy ) toy, I need this done by this COB Thursday, 4 days from now, $150 budget. User interface: A user can create multiple toys with a button click and list them in a table, a toy is a page with a text field called "name" and a button to create survey. A toy can have multiple surveys in a table. A survey is a page with one text field, one date picker, one status picker; a survey can have multiple conditions in a table, a condition is a page with one text field called "desc", "recommendation", one date picker, one value picker called "draft", "final", a button to take photo and save page to condition table. --- no further. Navigation: A user can create and list toys in a table view and update one of toys, as well as create new toy. --by selecting a row in table and open and edit the toy(delete, save, display a list of surveys) A user can create and list surveys in a table view and update one of surveys, as well as create a new survey. --by selecting a row in table and open and edit the surveys(delete, save, display a list of conditions) A user can create and list conditions in a table view and update one of conditions. --by selecting a row in table and open and edit the toy(delete, save) Database: The 3 objects: toys, surveys, conditions will be stored as 3 tables in SQLLite. A toy can have N-surveys, a survey can have N-conditions. A condition have 2 text area and a image. Note: don't care about field name or label names.
