The intent is to improve the appearance, operation, logical design, imagery, and information content of the current BCT web site ( [login to view URL] ). This effort will involve the design and development of a complete web site, with the intent being to replace all, or portions, of the existing web site. Please read the attached Ms Word document for the specifics on this work. It is important that you read and understand all content in this document before bidding! In order to be considered for this work, your bid reply must comment the following: A. Must have listing of previous works depicting quality and relevance of accomplished website design and developments. B. Must give resume of experience and capabilities C. Programming D. Software E. OS / Environment F. Graphics G. Provide a time frame of when task can be completed H. Be descriptive on how you envision the new website. ## Deliverables 1) All html web pages, CSS files, images and other files that make up the web site. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Web Server Platform: UNIX Software: Apache Web Server 1.3.12 OS: Solaris 8 Patch Level 15 Supported languages (ASP, PHP, PERL, DHTML, XML, HTML, SHTML, VBScript, JAVA, JSP, Java Script). Supported browsers and versions: Initial consideration is identified as being Netscape 6.2.1 and Explorer 5.5 or later. User base: Primary audience will have DSL or better speed. Some users will only have dial up speed at 26,400. Target resolution for users will generally be not less than 800x600.
