Are you an excellent animator who wants to take part in an exciting journey? We are a fairly young, but fast growing film production company, which is why we are now looking for a new animator to join our team. We are looking for a person who currently works as a freelancer but is interested in becoming an important part of a team where creativity, gumption and teamwork are key words and where everyone's voice is heard. At present, we mainly produce animated Explainers, Whiteboard films, animations, etc thus our requirement is that you are an expert in 2D and 2.5D animation (skills in 3D animation is a bonus) and that you can display at least 3 examples of previous films within these areas. Since we are growing so quickly, we are looking for a person who has a well-developed work process, can handle tight deadlines and have great communication skills. Being able to understand the assignment, asking questions if something is unclear and communicating at an early stage if there is a problem, are key. We have an open communication policy and see this as a very important part of our success. Additional requirements is a good understanding of both verbal and written English and that you are a proficient computer user who can handle all commonly used programs such as Microsoft Office and Adobe CC, but that you are also a quick learner of new applications and web-based tools that we use in our daily work. Initially, payment will be made per each completed project (where compensation is determined before the project commences and will depend on the length and level of detail of the film). If both parties, after a number of completed projects, feel that it is a successful match, our goal is to offer permanent employment. The company is a member of the Swedish Union, which means that we offer a salary based on the Swedish market medians, as well as all other benefits that are part of a Swedish employment. The successful applicant will be reporting to our Head of Creative.
