I'm new to Animate CC and I'm trying to make rich banners. One of the things I really need is a movieclip that scales on mouseover. I don't want the button symbol, it needs to be a movieclip. This can be done with Tweenmax.to. But for some reason it doesn't work with me how I see it on internet.. Please explain, maybe make an Animate .fla and send it with the right codes attached. Easy for the animators around.
