Stripe Integration

Hello, how are you ?

In fact, i need to make payment integration for a freelance website - CI and android app - Java.

There are two payment features flow:

1_ the vendor receives the payment if the buyer clicks on the "release" button.

2_ the vendor receives the payment 7 days after his delivery if the client forgot to click on the "release" button or if he didn't ask to modify the delivery or he did'nt open a litigation

- Also i need to be able to make manual money transfer in case of litigation

So for that i need the integration of Stripe Connect, or any other other payment solution like paypal that Could be suitable for the use case. The objective is to make the money transfer by using credit card.
