Realtime Collaboration Tool with integrated Video Chat

I am looking to build a browser based RMD with Multi User Realtime Video Chat with Host and Attendee controls similar to LogMeIn. Skype, SkypeTeam viewer. The purpose is to build a collaborative remote control script for my multimedia studio to design, develop from anywhere with one to many team members. An example of some features would be Skype TeamViewer but I am looking for a low latency option where I can remotely control my production studio and conduct a creative sessions from anywhere anytime with video chat, complete RDM. Design for OSX and WINDOWS Desktop, IOS and Android. I need to be able to monitor the realtime audio and video of a connected desktop with low latency for audio playback. I want to own the code and tech, I would like an API if possible or open source so people can further develop the product. It needs to be scalable easy to use and I am only open to discussion of further details after initial discussion. You maybe require to sign an Non Compete and Non Disclosure. I am open to partnerships and equity in the company for further compensation. The budget it low. I am offering a 40% equity. If you have built a Remote Desktop Manager, a Video Chat app, plugins or audio for video production especially AudioUnits and VST that could be very helpful.
