You are Android or iOS Developer we need you for small and large tasks/updates and assignments. We will discuss in personal message requirements for each tasks before work begins. We will discuss hours and rate for any given task. By bidding you agree to following terms and conditions (1) and NDA (2) in addition to NDA by this site: 1. You agree that you are available to begin work right away and will respond to our message within 24 hour and if you are not working via TeamViewer then you will be sending daily updated source code complete etc and apk if this project is Android and iPA if this is iOS and web site code with full libraries and complete files and dependencies required for this project, even if functionality is not done 100% as well as help in running the source code via Team-viewer in case if we face any problem in running the project to see progress on our or our client's local machine. You get paid once project is launched meeting 100% requirements if its web site must be IE10+, Safari, Chrome, Firefox responsive browser supported. If this is hourly project you will get pre approval to work for number of hours if you are working on hourly basis and you will submit invoice to get paid. You will not add any personal individual or your company info in project files or code. You must have good internet to download and upload source code without any limitation excuses later even if speed is slow. 2. Agreement/NDA: Any work, idea, code, process, technique and work requirements discussed or mentioned here or given from us to you now or later, or you code based on our provided above-mentioned info you or your company or staff will never disclose or use without my written permission, publish similar work or app or discuss or share in any means because these are and will be 100% copyrighted to us whether you start or complete project with us or not and will never be used on any web site or any app store in any profile or anywhere by any means or/in any product same or similarly, should not be created by you or your any staff or anyone you know or relative etc. If you break this agreement and we file claim against you or your company using any means, you will be hundred percent liable for all attorney fee and relevant legal fees if found guilty and we can collect info about you from this website management or future management. You will delete all project files, related info once work is done and even in case if you leave it incomplete and we do not pay anything for incomplete work.
