Need the development of IVR System where automated callings can be made , for that we require IVR Developer:
Experience building voice portal applications and computer telephony integrations.
Proficiency in VoiceXML programming, Core Java/ C#.NET, Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer, Avaya Aura Experience Portal, Lumenvox
Provides strong knowledge of Call Center Technologies (Nuance, Genesys, Virtual IVR…) including CTI applications using Genesys, Avaya PBX and MS
SQL.
Maintain and manage Genesys Routing, Framework and reporting. Responsible for supporting call center routing strategies and have experience with
Genesys reporting, URS routing, SIP and GVP technology.
Good understanding of Genesys (CTI) infrastructure.
Strong working knowledge of IRD and CME. A working knowledge of Genesys Systems Architecture to create and maintain Routing Applications and
Configuration Objects.
Understands the Genesys infrastructure quickly to analyze the issue and apply the best fix. Ability to communicate well with technical and non-
technical users.
Experience in Automated Contact Center Testing tool
Previous experience with speech recognition programming or natural language grammar programming
Knowledge of Contact Center Voice Technologies
Expertise in one or more of the following: VXML, GRXML, IVR Systems such as Ayaya or Nuance, ASR, or experience with speech applications for mobile platforms
Experience with REST or SOAP based web services
Strong data analysis skills
