Web Portal with link to On-premises Database

I own and manage an IT company and have an inhouse team of web designers and developers, client server application developers. I assign projects to my team while I personally coordinate and communicate. I take up sole responsibility for all deliverables. We have experience and expertise in MS Access, PHP, MySQL, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS. We have developed several secure multi user web applications with varying access privileges for different user groups. All our web applications are password protected and it is not possible to share access. I can however share screenshots etc. of relevant applications once I have more detailed requirements. I can also share references of long term clients. I have read the broad overview of your requirements. I am confident of delivering well. I request for MS Access database structure with sample data, details of varying user access privileges, web form fields and the 2 reports that are needed. Hi there, I would recommend moving the Access Database to Azure DB SQL and then connecting the web service. This will give you scale and resilience; Access in this scenario could be problematic and wouldn't be recommended as the Access Security model is lacking. I'm a cloud Architect with close to 20 years experience working with business and technology. I have recently held security clearance for the UK government and police. I've worked with migrations for large corporates, central government and aerospace customers. Most of my experience is in Azure, so I would recommend that. Using Azure, the security centre an App Service as a web host and an Azure DB will give you scalable service, where Microsoft will manage most of the infrastructure security. I would recommend securing the application behind something like Azure AD. This can improve the user experience and will improve the security and audit capability. Thank you for your consideration.
