Dear Sir/Mam, I have very good experience with DICOM - Images as well as communication protocols - Modalities, PACS and interoperability as I was working with GE and Philips healthcare in the past for about 15 years. I had looked at your requirements, looks like you need some sort of on site receiver of DICOM Images and push them to a PACS or cloud storage. This entire configuration/setup/management of the Receiver / Router shall be managed remotely from the cloud or locally if required. This requires a cloud based web application which provides connectivity to this local station to setup, configure and manage things like routing (destination, what to send etc), AE title and port configuration, queue and temporary storage settings etc. And also reporting of telemetry data like CPU, memory and disk space utilization. We can develop the Store SCP using pynetdicom, with added temporary storage, rules and other management. The Storage SCP could receive and storage the images locally where as another processor could take over to do the required filtering and pushing them to the configured destinations. The scope includes many things, which can be discussed in detail. The estimate provided is rough one, which can be refined based on proper understanding of the requirements.
