This is a data entry job for a classifieds /shopping platform: You need to upload a number of Bridgestone tyres onto the platform starting with an excel sheet where you will only get the code / model of the tyre + price. No images or descriptions are provided. Process is as follows: STEP A. The tyre will have a code such as 225/75R16 6PLY BS DUELER A/T 697 [ to explain this, the tyre size is 225/75R16: Tyre code is BS DUELER A/T 697 meaning Bridgestone Dueler All - Terrain Model - 697] STEP B: You then search the web for the CORRECT latest photos of the tyre + accurate description of around 200 words. How do you make sure the images + description is correct ? The answer is that you need to cross check latest images from a few sites, and also with the official Bridgestone website. You can also obtain images from there. This is not a difficult task, but you have to be careful to be accurate. STEP C: Edit the images - we want the images to be similar looking for all tyres. ie i. Tyre position is vertical with slight left front facing lean. ii. Tyre image proportion in the image should be matching with other uploaded tyres. { we need a small white border around the tyre image]. So that in the thumbnails, one tyre is not looking larger than the other tyres [ symmetry]. example see [login to view URL] iii. Image should be clear and sharp but not more than 100 kb. iv. One main image is ok. v. Image should not display anything else and should not be copyrighted or with water mark. vi. Name the image file name as ''tyre name + tyre model + size + ''nairobi'' + ''kenya'' eg bridgestone-tyre-deuler-697-nairobi-kenya STEP D: Description will be in two forms - Short Description - around 170 characters. Long description around 200 words and should be useful and relevant with no typos or errors. STEP E: Our upload form has fields for: i. Product Title and Price - should match the format - see example: [login to view URL] ii. SEO tags - eg -Meta title -Meta Description -Seo url extension eg in example above this is '' bridgestone-dueler-at-697-nairobi-kenya/'' iii. PRODUCT DATA: EG Price , Taxes Included etc There are only a few items like these. iv. Thumbnail image + Main Image upload: STEP F: Check the listing on the front end: TIPS: - Once you upload one of the products, you can copy /paste some title tages such as seo url / meta title etc from one listing to another, then simply edit these to change the relevant information. - Images can be edited using software instead of spending time trying to get the ideal image. Estimated Price: This will be a recurrent job - this time we want to load tyres. Next time it could be other products . Job will be ongoing. Therefore quote most reasonable pricing: TEST ENTRY: We will test the successful candidate with a few test entries. NUMBER OF PRODUCTS: 61 products to be loaded: TIME TO LOAD ONE PRODUCT: When we do it ourselves, we take about average 4-5 mins to upload a single product properly. It can be that some tyres may need more time to search for images + descrp, say 6 -7 minutes, but other tyres will only take 3-4 minutes. Therefpre average 5 mins: Keep in mind Bridgestone is an international brand so information is not difficult to obtain - so we can assume 5 - 6 mins on average for a good quality listing. This will help you estimate the cost.
