I run a small, fast-growing employment agency based in British Columbia and need one reliable administrator to keep our day-to-day operations moving. Your core focus will be healthcare placements. Each day you’ll identify openings, tailor and send out resumes on behalf of our workers, then follow through until the position is secured. Once a worker is on site, you’ll handle the paperwork that keeps everyone paid and our books balanced. Key responsibilities • Send targeted resumes and follow up until a placement is confirmed • Prepare and issue invoices to the hiring contractor • Record hours and release same-day payments to workers from our company account We already have basic tools in place (online job boards, cloud-based bookkeeping, direct-deposit banking). You’ll refine these workflows and keep clean records so we can scale smoothly when we bring additional staff on board.
