ADF Parser

We need web service that will accept an xml post and parse results into a database table. (secure by only allowing a post to occur if submission contains a GUIDthat identifies and authorizes submitter, would be stored in separate table with GUID, AccountName,... etc) Service should return an optional success or fail code to submitter, service should log errors The parser must be able parse all of the possible nodes in the document provided
