Convert worpress php/template files in regular and editable pages

Unfortunately I was victim of a cheater in freelancer.com - It's supposed to be a simple wordpress project - where PSD files must be converted in WP Pages. What the guy made ? He created the pages into WP with fake content for me to think that the pages has been produced and created PHP files and hide it inside the theme folders and I released the payment :( So, basically my client can't edit pages or even add/remove plugins or any other benefict and advantage using wordpress. So, the website exists and it's working fine at [login to view URL] . Can you see the navigation bar containing the pages ? each one is a PHP page/ wordpress template page. It's not a real wordpress page that can be edited using the WSIWYG editor from wordpress. Cannot be edited, deleted, cannot be translated. Nobody can perform any kind of change on the page without change the source code in PHP directly. Also, I will pay your bid + 15 USD for a extra job: Create a template for the regular posts. It's made already in a PSD file. ty !
