Bitcoin Wordpress site from PSD\\\'s - repost

I have a fully designed site in well organized PSD's I need coded within the next 2 weeks. Its a website that sells Bitcoin, looking to do it in Wordpress, its a 7 page site essentially that takes orders for Bitcoin. All orders are processed offsite and confirmed manually. There are only a few different templates as the purpose of the site is really just a glorified ticketing system. I need the site to communicate with a certain API to help determine the rate we sell Bitcoins for and all the math we need to program into manipulating the values from that API have been figured out. I was dealing with a few outsource companies in India but I kept having my time wasted by account managers, or project managers that couldn't answer simple questions. I'm hoping to find a solid individual thats close to my timezone that I can communicate with closely and get the project done quick.
