Customize Homepage of Structure, a ThemeHybrid child theme

I want the home page of a website created using Wordpress theme Structure, a childtheme of themehybrid, to look more like a regular website than a blog. The site is already created, and I'm only talking about the home page, not every page. Basically, this job would be to elegantly arrange elements already created so it looks good for a fast food restaurant that is a franchise. It really should just involve making changes to [url removed, login to view] to make the home page look really nice.

--Icons that were created, to used for navigation buttons on the homepage (not every page).

--product images to introduce a fast product, which would be different pictures of Mr. Kumpir baked potato boxes.

--Welcome message

--awebber optin form (codes already in it)

--testimonials feature. Basically it would display pics/testimonials to capture interest and invite more testimonials. It could be a plugin.

I want it to be arranged somewhat like Wendys (only somewhat, since this is wordpress and they are flash), for example. Of course not so corporate. The job is to arrange those components together nicely, but not go over the top. This is the website for just one restaurant, not corporate headquarters of the franchise.
