Custom Wordpress modifications (menu+gallery)

Hi, I need custom modifications on a wordpress theme : 1 - Custom menu I need a custom menu appearing when the mouse is over the logo. The website menu should appear in the same way a dropdown menu works, only it appears when over the logo. The font of the menu will be a specific one I'll indicate you. 2 - Custom homepage slideshow The homepage slideshow should look like the one on the screenshot attached to this project. Slideshow start automatically No arrows or controls to choose which image to show Right click should not be possible (I'll use a plugin for this one if your solution cannot ensure this feature. But if it's the case, your solution has to be compatible with the plugin) The slideshow should have a border like the one on the screenshot. I may need modifications for this, meaning chosen bidder will first make a work like the screenshot, and if I'm not happy with final result, I may ask you further modifications based on instruction/visuals I'll give you.
