STUDENT CREATION  Basic student information includes: * Student No (generated automatically) * Name * Phone * Schedules  Functions: * To Add * Edit * Delete student  Printed Document: * List of Students for certain period b. CHECK IN  Check In: * To input attendance information Manual Check In ( Button ) * When student absent for 2 consecutive should have a warning message * For 3 absent in row should be denied from entering the lectures * In the n th check in, a warning should be displayed ("please Pay for your next 8 lectures")  Check Attendance: * Calculation of absences and attendance * Remaining appointment process for student  Attendance Report * Printed document shows attendance report for all student for certain period c. FUNDS  Add Payment: * Input payment for student * Print receipt  Check Payment * Responsible for losing and alert the user about the student to pay the remaining maturity of his lectures * Shows payment report for total of amount of money paid  Check Funds * creates and prints reports on the total amounts paid to the Foundation during the month or a year certain  Each paid student can add one free student d.
