Booking Software Online

We require a booking software for service companies such as: plumbing, electricians, and hvac. Preferably we would like it coded in HTML5. If you have other suggestions, please include in your proposal. The first phase of many requires a spreadsheet looking layout with Staff listed from left to right. On the left of that from top to down will be time slots. We would like to click on open time slot to book appointment. A box should open up with fields requiring Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, and specific problem. We want to be able to drag and drop appointments to different time slots and staff. Also length of appointment should be expandable by dragging the box bigger.
