C# Execute WPF animated StopWatch 10 seconds before Standby and Hibernate

StopWatch is a privacy application that is very close to release. One of its features is that it allows the user to set Sleep and Hibernate power management settings from the StopWatch interface.

When StopWatch executes one of its actions after an idle time trigger it presents an animated StopWatch to tell the user it's about to hide or kill a program. So, I'm expanding that functionality to warn users when they're system is about to Sleep or Hibernate.

Setting Sleep and Hibernate idle-time has already tested from the StopWatch UI. Your job is to associate the StopWatch warning animation to execute 10 seconds before a system changes state to either Sleep or Hibernate.
