ArcEngine app for Delphi 7

We are in need of a Delphi 7 Unit which contains a form with a MapControl, TOCControl, and PageLayerControl, as well as various toolbar controls of ESRI's ArcEngine Version 10 COM controls. The Unit should be able to be incorporated into an existing project and the form call / 'shown' when requested. A function / mechanism should be in place to query a layer within the mapcontrol and zoom to the selected feature, as well as some function to click the map and return the information about the selected feature.
