AutoCAD .DWG

Industry: Land Survey. Large, consistent, on-going amount of AutoCAD files to be created. Each .DWG is independent of the last. Each request will include 2 aspects, #1 draw to “exact” specification of PLAT which includes LOT (draw by bearing, coord., and turned angle), and #2 draw to field note specification the improvements (structures on lot)(typically done in ortho mode). All aspects of the PLATTED LOT, and improvements must be properly text labeled. The average DWG should take less than 20-30 minutes to complete. Please bid on lot of 10 DWG's. You can be provided 10-50 DWG's per day, however for testing purposes, we will allow up to 2 DWG's if you meet criteria, your bid will be divided by 10 to equal your per .DWG rate. The 2 test .DWG will be provided without pay. The remaining work will be paid every 2 weeks via check. Each job has a 24 hour (MAXIMUM, NO EXCEPTIONS) turn around time, jobs that are received after 24 hours will be paid at 1/2 rate. Jobs received after 48 hours will not be considered, and could result in termination of agreement. This should not be a situation, please provide communication before a situation like this occurs. This is an on-going project, do not bid if you will not remain consistent for a minimum of 6 months, longer is preferred. Good communication skills in English are 100% required. 60% of communication will be provided via email 35% of communication will be provided via IM 5% of communication will be provided via phone Serious bids only! Previous experience in Land Survey preferred. Previous experience in Land Desktop Development preferred. Exceptional skills in AutoCAD required. Please bid on lot of 10 DWG's.
