I have a digital/analog hybrid tuner card (AVerMedia M135 PCI) and would like to develop a software for stripping transport stream data of it. Since in Croatia there is only one multiplex on air, and it's filled with 8 channels, my guess is that card can be tuned to one frequency, and its decoder and demuxer set-up so all 8 streams could be captured and saved to disk at one time. I need Proof Of Concept for that idea, and it should be written as C# application, which uses [login to view URL] library.
## Deliverables
I need the application (with source) that will have following features: - tuner detection - tunning to right frequency - channel info display (if possible) - output directory selection (for all streams) - saving de-muxed data to the file - output data should be RE-PACKED from Transport Stream to Program Stream format - so it should be directly playable as MPEG It is obvious that you have to have access to digital TV card of some kind and also some kind of broadcast that you will test this with. .NET 2.0 should be used with Visual Studio 2008. Language: C# For repacking, use this as a reference: [login to view URL] GPL code is out of the question, LGPL can come into account. For later testing stage, I'll provide access to the hardware I expect it to run on so the coder could examine any issues with the application.
## Platform
Windows XP, Windows 7
