But it is not the right way, initially we can go through the requirements but we definitely need to spend time to write the proposal. Also they provide no place or private message unless you contact us, therefore we cannot submit the portfolio, examples site and our creative work. Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own. Hi, Ebay or gumtree are very heavy e-commerce site which will take atleast 120 days for development. Here in freelancer.com people sales there ready made e-commerce platforms even on 200 USD (which are very ordinary). They will also bid here and judge your project as per their level so you will get most of your bids with in 5000 to 6000 USD (because they will not be able to write 250$ since you have said min 5000$ :-) ).
