Custom Web Design

What I am looking for is a simple yet very professional web design template I can use for my home page and sub pages without too much trouble. I will be selling an eBook so the site will have a sales letter on the home page and subsequent order page and info page.

I am also looking for a long term designer who can produce top quality, professional web design in a timely manner to design web sites for my clients as a “ghost designer” for my company. You will be paid between $100 up to $1000 for your design depending on the type of site, and how much work you will need to perform.
