Custom Cart installation and payment gateway

I have a travel Agency and just made a new website. Now I've made the I.T guy complete all the designs etc but what I need now is that my online purchases be completed. When someone clicks book on any attractions. I want them to be redirected to the checkout process. without any other hassle. After clicking book, it should be login - resister - or checkout as guest and directly to payment gateway after entering information This is the website, [login to view URL] i) Install Magento. I am using a payment gateway specialist [login to view URL] to to compete transaction. So do let me know if you need any details in terms of accepting payment and making it live. ii) I have magenta theme with me if required. All I want you to use is the same design for their checkout page, nothing else (no product pages or any other parts) iii) make sure each attraction upon click book goes to the calendar system already configured in the server/ admin side. and upon clicking the desired date they get directed to the checkout page as per the theme designs or you can create custom(as per your wish) iv) upon successful transaction (after payment) an email should go to the client as a recipe with reference number etc and another email comes to our admin department saying someone has confirmed a booking and the same receipt for our reference. v) Also Check and ensure the security of the site is perfect and the cart including payment is working well.
