Creating a customized form in WIX website

Creating a customized form in WIX website Hi, I want to create a form (Offering services) with online payment in our WIX website. There are several things I want to do as below: 1. I want to link the “Order Button” in different pages of my website to the form. I can simply use a direct link to my form as a “button”, where upon clicking the button users will be redirected to my form 2. I want to store all the data input in back-end database (We do not have a database and host now. Therefore, where will the database be hosted and is there any monthly payment which has to be paid for hosting?) Then, I can extract the selected data into excel file to do the data analysis. 3. After submission of the form and online payment (PayPal), there will be automatic confirmation emails with form information sent to the sender and receiver. 4. the number of form fields required is now about 50. But, I will require more later because I will need more information from the form in the future. Can I add it to the form myself in the future? Also, I will have a Chinese version form in later. Can I also do it myself later? 5. On the form, customers can choose different kinds of services with different prices. Can the payment tool recognize the chosen service and charge for specific price? Is it possible to do that? How much is it? Thanks.
