Create an eCommerce Website

I am in need of a website makeover. I need an entirely different look as I've owned my website for many years and it is outdated as well as missing some vital things to keep competitive in the market. I want my website to look as close to [login to view URL] as possible. It is very important that on the new website i have a vehicle selection toolbar (make,model,year) so the customer will know which items are compatible with their vehicle. I would like to have the website built in shopify but that is not absolutely necessary. They do offer an addon which would allow me to add this vehicle selection tool so i know it would work but if you know of something that would work better i am ok with that.
