Hello, I can either do it as a web site or by sending the emails. Please note that if you go through the email route I will require you to use a email provider like sendgrid or mandrill, as self-hosted smtp servers without extensive care on the setup are generally a sure way to ensure your emails will get classified as spam. I will use either django or flask. I am assuming your layouts are from simple to medium complexity.
