Convert a Template to a Website

I installed a wordpress template to a website and some items do not work. It should look like [login to view URL] and you will see on [login to view URL]~jg1656/ that the items listed below are missing. It is as simple as making sure the website duplicates the wordpress template and keeps my logo. Also I want to make sure the google speed analyzer stays above 70 for mobile and 85 for desktop!
