What I am about to say I am not proud of BUT its the skills you are looking for. My Scrum Master and Lead Developer was one of the Head Developers for Porn Hub and all he dealt with for 7 years was Video compression and live streaming as well as payment gateways, I dont typically brag in IT but if there is a company that is more qualified then us for this project here on Freelancer its going to be slim.
