Coldfusion - OnlineStore Maintenance

Hi, I am currently looking after a client that supplies employee uniforms to companies and has 3 sites, 2 x Online Store, 1 x Administration Site for the stores. All sites where custom made by different people of different skill so store code will be complex and a mess. I am on a regular basis requested to make alterations/improvements to the system, and myself and another freelancer is to busy to complete. I need a developer that can carry out the alterations necessary and provide continual updates and support for this site. It will be approximately 0 to 10hrs / week for continuing changes / updates. The site code is very messy as it is an old system that has been continually changed over the last 7 years by different people, the coldfusion site code is a mix of inline code and cfc objects so successful person will need a little time to work out how the site functions before he/she is productive. I am looking for someone to provide a per hour rate as this job will have no end and will continue as long as the developer is happy. Hours of work required are from approx 0 - 5 hours per week as required by the customer. I currently have another freelancer that helps me with this site who is also very busy so the selected developer will work from time to time with this second freelancer. Work will be submitted via a ticket system that the chosen freelancer will have access to. A test site and SVN Access will also be provided. Thanks Chris
