Build a Web Application for a membership club

The Pedicabbers Guild Web App Definition of Pedicabber: Person who transports passengers on a tricycle taxi, also known as pedicab or tricycle rickshaw. Operator of pedicabs. See [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] . Summary of app: This web app is for two audiences; the public and the pedicabbers. The pedicabbers part of the app is the part of the app that should be scalable in size (multiple cities) and open for future functionalities that aren’t in the scope for now (like gps and real time movement tracking capabilities). For basic version one of the app: The public needs to see basic info regarding the organization and the services that The Pedicabbers Guild provides in San Francisco- similar to any simple html web site. They should be able to find information regarding pedicabs and pedicab tours in san Francisco for example. Pedicabbers, on the other hand, should also be able to log in to the “Pedicabbers Only” part. Once logged in, any pedicabber should be able to create and edit a profile page (visible to public), with their pedicab info (Nickname, contact # and picture, affiliation, background info, skills and talents). Pedicabbers should also be able to access a forum style chatroom for private and public group messages between pedicabbers (not for the public). Any pedicabber should be able to create topics and add comments to their topics and to the topics of others. Admin has ability to create weekly bulletin and notify all members easily.
