I need to recreate a Wordpress site ([url removed, login to view]) into a responsive wordpress template that uses the dsXPress plugin for MLS real estate listings. The overall design needs to stay the same for the desktop version and all content from site will be migrated into the new template.

The pervious designer took on the job and has left it incomplete ([url removed, login to view]) and a total mess. the current site uses a ClickSold template ([url removed, login to view]) which we are moving away from. The listings need to show all the time but be able to change their status (active, sold, open house, etc) and overlay a visual to show it.
