Build an Online Store

Hi, I am a local service provider who is getting a lot of enquiries but cannot meet the need. So I would like to sell my leads to other providers in the area. I get most of my enquiries via email (through online enquiry form) and what I would like is that when someone submits an enquiry, automatically the enquiry is posted onto a web page where interested providers can see it. Providers will only be able to see limited details of the enquiry and if they want to contact the customer they will need to pay a small fee to receive the full details. So when an enquiry is submitted the system would work like this:

1. Customer gets automated reply that someone will be in touch in a few hours.

2. A preview of the enquiry is automatically posted onto a web page for providers to view.

3. Providers get an automated email when an enquiry is submitted and they can choose to pay a small fee to view full details of the [url removed, login to view] can pay via paypal.

4. I will get notification that an enquiry has been submitted

I already have a website and an online webform for customers to submit enquiries.
