Build an Online Store

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are eCommerce, HTML, Shopping Carts and Website Design. - Given: • There are in the market a hundreds of certain service providers (e.g. real state landlords) seeking customers for their service • There are thousands of customers couldn’t find the suitable service provider who can fulfill their requirement based on different factors such as geographical location, price, etc. - Goals: • Connect the customer to the right service provider and get commission from:  The customer: if the service provider is not giving me reseller price, the service provider name will be changed to a symbol to prevent the customer to contact him direct  The service provider: if he gives me reseller price, in this case the customer can contact the service provider but he will get better price from my website - SOW 1. Create a professional E-Commerce website that work as broker between service providers and the customers 2. Service provider can open account and publish his services 3. Customer can register or use guest account 4. Online payment 5. Easily categorize the services 6. Service can be found by direct search or by browsing the different categories 7. Ability to upload bulk of service providers and their services including the required information such as location, price, etc via excel sheet format 8. Integrate with google maps to allocate the location of service provider 9.
