Build Mobile and Website for a record management system

Looking for a record management application with the following features with good intuitive user interface and design Should work on Android, iOS (mobile) and Website 1. User logon feature with Facebook (Friend list access and store as per user discretion) 2. Custom logon if user does not want to use Facebook 3. Landing screen to add personal data (Add button to add data as needed mostly health record like BP, Cholesterol etc) 3. Add a person as entity to store records for a user (User can add multiple person as needed ) 4. Screen where they can take picture of any thing and store it under the userid User interface should allow user to segment/filter based on the date , by storage type (Type 1, type 2, type 3 etc) and by person [login to view URL] option on Facebook and social media More details will be shared once we award the project. Please have to sign non-disclosure agreement when taking this project with the company. Also need design samples when applying for a bid to access the skills for awarding the project.
