Build a Group Buying site similar to massdrop.com

Create a group buying website – similar to [login to view URL] - When completed, it should have an backend system that has an admin panel for me to manage the website fully (editing the categories, editing the product listings and etc) - Homepage design interface should have a top navigation bar, follow by a product search function (similar to [login to view URL] homepage), then 9 product listings under three category (i) fast selling, (ii) free shipping and (iii) high profits. There should also be a right column category navigation for users to go directly to the category of products they want. - The rest of the functionality and design interface shall follow [login to view URL] except • Does not require user to create account to view products or purchase • Category list items should follow [login to view URL] • in purchasing the product, only one price is available • does not require “commit” option • order quantity in 5 buttons and can set by me for individual product • allow buyer to increase quantity in their existing order before the deal expires but does not allow the user to edit the order such as reducing the quantity or cancel. • Have a worldwide shipping integration and shipping costs can be edited - Responsive web interfaces is required  Payment milestones are not negotiable: i) 10% released when the design interface is completed, ii) 20% released when the main functions are completed and tested, iii) 50% is released when the entire project is completed, tested, iv) last 20% is released when the website is online and fully functional.  Timeline: 3 weeks ** Note that you have to complete this project and not leave halfway.
