A couple simple customizations to wordpress theme

I have a simple wordpress theme edit. I have a wordpress site that displays images in image-post type format. I need a some simple customizations to my theme. I want the images to have no padding on left and right, I need previous, next, and random buttons above the image, and I need the tags to be displayed above the right sidebar. I know this is an easy task for someone who knows css. but I dont have time. I have also created a tag archive page and I need some css to be created for it so that the tag links are larger and centered. see examples of what I am trying to achieve in the attachment I am using the collections theme from theme junkie
