check wordpress site

hello, we have an existing wordpress running website and we need a wordpress expert to do the folowing small changes to our site: -Adsense is not working in our website -resize the website and change the text format in posts -the posts link format is [login to view URL] what i need is automatically having for each posts this format [login to view URL] -how to change backgroud color if needed using the wordpress editor? -i modified something in the [login to view URL] editor and the space of the second adsense ad increased after the menu buttons please fix it (check the website to see ) -the twitter links please -for the adsens i really still don't know what to do...
